Arrival: Tolowa Dunes public park access via Lower Lake and Kellogg roads.
Approach: From US-101 take Northcrest Drive north; it becomes Lake Earl Drive. Turn left onto Lower Lake Road, then follow Kellogg Road west to the park area.
State Parks verifies the connecting road sequence, but not which parking lot/entrance its general park-area instruction intends. Campground is closed; no exact arrival pin or campground route asserted.
