The map, search index, and 11-hub place guide are built from one local place dataset. Every place record carries its manager or source URL and a September 8, 2026 verification date. Coordinates were checked against the OpenStreetMap snapshot; public access claims use the linked managing agency. Private businesses are identified as independent editorial listings.
Cameras
The camera directory uses the official NPS Redwood park webcam page and links rather than copying or embedding images where separate reuse permission was not established. Caltrans road-camera discovery links to the official QuickMap. Camera views are not crowd counts, parking inventories, water tests, or safety determinations.
