Highway access → arrival
Arrival: Marked Ossagon trailhead on the west side of the parkway.
Approach: From US-101 use the southern Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway entrance. Continue north to the signed trailhead near mile marker 132.74; use only designated parking.
Observe posted parking and road restrictions. Current trail closures may limit the onward hike; the arrival record is not an all-clear for the entire trail.
Official directions & access ↗A 1.8-mile hike-and-bike route from Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway to the north end of Gold Bluffs Beach, dropping about 700 feet through redwood and Sitka spruce forest. The map point identifies the trail, not parking.
