Begin from the Prairie Creek Visitor Center area and follow the NPS route description; no separate trailhead pin is published here.

The route provides close old-growth views and passes the Corkscrew Tree.
Trail
The documented loop uses the Karl Knapp Trail northbound and Foothill Trail southbound, crossing the parkway at marked points.
