Arrival: Circle Trail in Big Tree Wayside parking area.
Approach: From US-101 use the southern Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway entrance. Use Big Tree Wayside parking at mile marker 127.96 and start the marked Circle Trail.
Observe posted parking and road restrictions. Current trail closures may limit the onward hike; the arrival record is not an all-clear for the entire trail.
Official directions & access ↗A 0.2-mile level loop from Big Tree Wayside for a short walk among Prairie Creek old growth. It connects with Foothill and Cathedral Trees trails.
