Highway access → arrival
Arrival: Signed Cal-Barrel Road junction on the east side of the parkway.
Approach: From US-101 use the southern Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway entrance. From the southern parkway entrance continue about 1.5 miles, past the visitor-center turn, to Cal-Barrel Road.
Observe posted parking and road restrictions. Current trail closures may limit the onward hike; the arrival record is not an all-clear for the entire trail.
